Allergan, the world leader in medical aesthetics, had a dated site for its flagship brand in the UK, JUVÉDERM®. The site suffered from numerous additions over the years and lacked optimized experience paths with clear calls to action. In addition, performance was compromised when viewed on mobile platforms.
The Solution
The new JUVÉDERM® site employs a responsive experience strategy that adapts to the user’s device and his or her place in the treatment continuum. While the design delivers an optimal presentation across all devices and screen sizes, the experience paths allow users to quickly access the information most meaningful to their needs in treatment consideration and ongoing use of the brand.
Users can explore advanced features such as the interactive treatment visualizer, physician locator, and multi-faceted before and after galleries with engaging image sliders. While exploring the site, users can easily indicate and collect their own areas of interest to save in a downloadable discussion guide for their own physician consultations.
The new site facilitates an optimized, meaningful experience for users that drives better engagement, increased physician consultations, and improved conversion rates.
